On Saturday afternoon at WordCamp Europe 2016, our Founder & Director David Lockie was on stage sharing The Discovery & Definition Approach to Project Planning.
Project planning can make or break a project, so it is important you get it right from the beginning to ensure client and team happiness throughout a project. In his talk, David spoke about our process of project planning called Discovery and Definition and how it helps us understand projects better before we start on them, helping us work together with the client to reach a successful, conversion-optimised WordPress website.
It was a huge privilege to have my talk accepted for WCEU16. I’ve definitely never spoken in front of so many people – what a rush! Even more of a rush to have so many people get in touch and ask follow-up questions – makes me hope that I’ve played a small part in helping others avoid painful projects. – David Lockie
