We are a small web agency that wants to do great things on the web. We have big ambitions and are looking for you who want to join us on our journey to create Sweden’s biggest & best WordPress web agency.
Our customers are mainly small and medium-sized companies where we either take full responsibility for their digital presence or that we work together with advertising agencies to jointly deliver a complete experience. As we are a growing company, we place great emphasis on personal suitability. The person we are looking for will be a culture bearer and will be an important part of the company’s development.
We think Open Source is important and therefore we work almost exclusively with Open Source products, especially WordPress. We work in small, non-hierarchical teams where we lead the projects with a combination of Scrum and Kanban (Scrumban). Each person in the team has customer contact and works with everything from smaller support cases for our existing customers, to projects that extend far into the future.
To ensure that we give back to the Open Source community, the team gets to work on free projects at regular intervals. This time is freely disposable and can be spent on knowledge development, tool improvement or similar.
In addition to this, we place great emphasis on automation and testing as part of our process to protect both our customers and ourselves. We therefore have time set aside to work on internal products, our process and automation every month.
We believe that you as a person:
- Have experience in agile project management (Scrum / Kanban)
- Have held a coaching position with staff responsibility
- Have a love for the Open Source community and like the exchange of ideas
- Likes customer contact and can help the customer understand what we are building for them, why we do what we do and how long it takes
- Is unpretentious in discussions with both customers and colleagues
- Has strong motivation to understand the client’s business and needs
- Is goal-oriented and takes responsibility for the details and quality of a web project
- Has a good understanding of graphics, usability, structure and information on the web
- Ability to work in teams and across multiple domains
- Strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new techniques
- Have great professional pride in fulfilling their commitments and doing their very best
- Is consultative and understands that time is both our and the customer’s most valuable asset.
Fluent in Swedish and very good English in both speech and writing.
We think it is good if you:
- Have a couple years of experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Have some experience of development with PHP
- Have some experience with Git and Vagrant
- Have some experience with Continuous integration
- Have some experience with Linux / Nginx / Apache / MariaDB / MySQL
- Have experience with WordPress
Your tasks will mainly consist of:
- Project management
- Coaching
- Ensuring that deliverables provide the highest possible business value
- Provide good advice to our customers
- Be a culture bearer

The service is full-time.
Location in Norrköping.
Salary: Starting salary according to ök. Renegotiation after probationary period.
