Workshops
Workshops are the initial stage of a major project process at Angry Creative. Our workshop services provide an opportunity for our team to assess your requirements, advise on potential solutions, and align on a strategy for moving forward.
Where do workshops fit in?
Further development
Workshops help us plan further development for existing websites, whether following a takeover or as part of ongoing improvements for a new project.
New projects
Workshops are the first step in most new development projects. They help us establish a shared vision for success and create a robust delivery plan to achieve it.
What a workshop provides
Workshops at Angry Creative are highly structured and focus on delivering core assets that will provide value throughout the project and beyond. As a foundation, workshops provide the following:
- A summarizing Playbook
- User stories
- Personas
- Page map
- Wireframes for key pages
- Overview for technical planning using Cynefin
- Risks and limitations
- Delivery plan
- Optional extras, often include qualitative research, solution architecture, prototyping, extended wireframe coverage and UX consulting
Workshop process
Angry Creative’s workshop process values your team’s time and energy. Here’s how it works:
- Agree on the “size” of workshop required
- Preparatory survey by the Angry Creative team
- Workshop takes place
- Generate outputs for workshop as above
- Review together and agree on next steps (which may include additional workshops)
