What does further development mean for an existing customer?

Once you become a customer, you can submit ongoing suggestions for improvements or fixes in the form of cases. We will also proactively monitor for potential issues or opportunities for improvement and share them with you. You have two options for how often you’d like to address these issues: further development with a time bank or further development without a time bank.

Further development with a time bank

If you choose the time bank option, you will receive a set amount of time each month dedicated to addressing the cases you prioritise. These cases will be handled according to your desired priorities, with the time spent deducted from the time bank. Any remaining time can be carried over for later use. This approach works well with sprint-based development.

A time bank makes planning and invoicing more straightforward, as there is always a clear budget to work with.

Further development without a time bank

If you opt out of using a time bank, your cases will still be handled according to priority. However, if requests come in more sporadically, it becomes more challenging to maintain regular planning or budgeting.

To ensure consistency, you can accumulate cases over a longer period and address them together. In such cases, we recommend using sprints for efficient management and execution.

1: Audit

Contact us, and we’ll conduct a review of your current website. We will assess its design from both a technical and visual standpoint, as well as its content, to identify any potential issues that could pose problems.

2: Debriefing

We report our findings to you, and give you a list of things we think may
need to be addressed.

3: Transfer & takeover

We will transfer your current project to us. If you would like us to take over the management of DNS and other related services, we can arrange that as well. This step costs SEK 5000.
