iDeal of Sweden manufactures and sells trendy and exclusive mobile accessories worldwide. We at Angry Creative helped iDeal of Sweden with their international e-commerce venture. This venture required a multi-site site that could handle multiple languages as well as multiple currencies and various integrations. For iDeal of Sweden, the focus was on performance as visitors from all over the world constantly visit and shop on their e-commerce. This placed high demands on efficiency, as well as function.

Therefore, a large selection and clear photographs of products are a requirement to attract and inspire customers to buy. The design of the previous site with a lack of clear product categories created problems in the form of wrong orders and misunderstanding. With an e-commerce site offering mobile accessories in different colors, specific to different models, there needs to be an easy and clear way for customers to find the product they are looking for based on the model they have. With a new design and structure of the webshop, problems in the form of wrong orders are minimized, as the customer can now easily filter among the products between colors and models.

Once iDeal of Sweden has captured the customer’s attention with a product, it is important to get the customer to act and make a purchase. Reducing the number of steps for the customer to find, select and then buy the product is one way to optimize conversion and offer a smooth shopping experience. With only two clicks from first selecting a product to completing a purchase, the webshop now offers a fast and efficient buying journey. With a common shopping cart and checkout, it is also easy to get an overview of selected products and to complete the purchase.
