By submitting an issue to us, you also approve a charge for processing your issue. The billing is done according to our price list.

Time estimates are not promises of the exact time used. Time including handling of the issue is charged on an ongoing basis. If you do not have a support & management agreement with us, you can count on increased processing time as we primarily reserve our time for our contract customers.
