Yes. Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive lists several exemptions, including custom-made or personalised goods, goods that deteriorate quickly, sealed audio/video recordings or software once unsealed, newspapers and magazines, and sealed hygiene products once unsealed. These exemptions do not extend the consumer’s right of withdrawal. Instead, they should be reflected in your withdrawal flow so consumers are clearly informed when a specific order or product is not eligible for withdrawal.
